AIRPORT PASSENGER SURVEY

The PCB appreciates the support of those companies that replied to the questionnaire about the airport.   A total of 49 companies supplied information which will be of great value to both Airlink and the new airline which is planning to come on stream in September, as well as other people working to initiate development at the airport.    The 49 companies revealed that together they have 244 people who fly on  business more than four times in a year.    These companies have paid for 907 flights to Johannesburg during the past year and 327 to Cape Town.   Price emerged as the most significant factor in decisions as to whether people would fly from Pietermaritzburg or Durban.    To read the full report click here.
