PCB Venue Hire
The Chamber has two rooms available for hire.

Rooms will be set up according to the wishes of the hirer and there is no additional cost for the use of air conditioners or the provision of furniture, a lectern, TV, amplifier and PA, flipchart and overhead projector. A digital projector (with or without a laptop) can be provided at an additional fee (see below). No deposit is required from member companies, but others will be expected to pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This will be refunded provided that the booking is cancelled no fewer than 72 hours before the time of the booking. All hirers will be expected to sign an undertaking to pay for any losses or breakages. For after hours functions, keys and instructions will be provided. A key deposit of R50 may be levied. * If liquor is required, the Chamber’s stocks must be utilised. Users will be billed for what they use in terms of a price list that will be made available. Prices are considered reasonable. The Chamber will endeavour to accommodate any special requests regarding the stock supplied.
