Tinus Havinga is the principal executive of PSG Konsult Corporate: Midlands,  which forms part of PSG Konsult Ltd, a leading independent financial services company  with a turnover in excess of R834 million and R72 billion under administration.

PSG Konsult Corporate is a leading independent BBEEE financial services company with a large national footprint. The group provides service and advice to more than 200 000 families.

Tinus’s experience in the medical aid and insurance related industry spans more than 30 years. He is a member of the Financial Intermediaries Association (FIA) and the Financial Planning Institute (FPI).  

Tinus is also a trustee of the Wildlands Conservation Trust, a biodiversity conservation organisation working at the interface between conservation and sustainable development. The Trust works closely with Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife and other leading conservation NGO’s.

Tinus is a keen mountain bike enthusiast and together with his wife Ann continuously seek opportunities to explore South Africa and its diverse natural beauty. He believes sport and the outdoors keeps body mind and soul fit and in shape.

He currently serves as a council member of SACCI. Prior to the merger of the three chambers that constituted the PCB in 2002, he served on the Executive Council of the former PCCI and the National Executive Committee of the AHI. He was a founder-director of the PCB.
