Paris Dlamini is a managing consultant of a R9 million rand Recruitment agency, Ekuseni Consulting based in Pietermaritzburg.  He is responsible for the management of the HR Consultancy and has vast experience in Project Management, the Auditing of Skills and Profiling of Jobs using the DACUM technology. He is extensively involved in the recruitment, selection and placement of candidates in both public and private sectors. 

 His work includes:     

•  Recruitment, selection and placement processes for Umgeni Water, Umsunduzi Municipality, South African Revenue Services, among others.
•  Identification of training needs and conducting skills assessment surveys.
•  Development of Job Profiles.
•  Facilitation of training workshops.
•  Supporting training initiatives on Project Management.
• Providing project support in the research and recommendation of a Performance Management System for Umsunduzi Municipality.

Dlamini holds a Nat. Diploma in Theatre Technology from Technikon Natal, National Certificate Marketing from Damelin, Certificate in Logistics Management from the Rand Afrikaans University, a National Diploma in Logistics from Rand Afrikaans University and a National Diploma in Project Management from Technikon Natal Business Studies Unit.

Ekuseni Consulting’s clients include Umgeni Water, Eskom, Umsunduzi Municipality, Huletts Aluminium, Umgungundlovu District Municipality, Ethekwini Municipality and South African Revenue Services.

Dlamini is a board member of Build Environment Support Group (BESG), Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Business and Metropolitan Transport Advisory Board.     

Dlamini is married to Morapama with one child. He lives in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal.
