As is the custom, the 2017 PCB/Nedbank Business Awards was a glamourous affair on Friday night at the Royal Showgrounds. A veritable galaxy of accolades covering most business sectors were handed out with Hulamin scooping the coveted Business of the Year (manufacturing) and Poobie Naidoo Sports Wholesalers, the retail prize. The Medium Business of the Year award went to Colour Display, Small Business of the Year to Training Leadership Consulting, Champion Entrepreneur of the Year to Omy Naidoo, and Social Enterprise of the Year (medium) to Msunduzi Hospice Association and small, Singakwenza Education and Health.
